I’ve heard this incredible story a few times over the years. I’m not sure where it generated from, but I must share it.
This story reminded me of the typical office pool or the rat race in general. People stuck in a rut, doing the same thing everyday. I had a good look at myself and saw that I was meant for a better life style. I found my courage and charged.
Here’s the story….
There’s nothing usual about a herd of cows grazing a fenced in field. Everyday, the same old, same old.
Until, one day, one of the cows happened to see something extraordinary as he was taking a drink of water from the pond located on the field. He saw his reflection. He looked up and the other cows and then back again at the pond. This cow did not see a cow in his reflection. He saw a tough skinned, long horned, powerful Rhino.
His newly found identity had given him courage. He knew that he was different and didn’t belong in this field. He was destine for something better.
He glanced at the fence that was about 100 yards away from where he drank the water, looked around and then, in an instant, began to charge towards the fence that bound the herd of cows to the boring field where they existed as mindless animals.
As he charged, the rest of herd began to shout at him to stop and not to go beyond the fence into the unknown. The Rhino would not listen to his companions and plowed right through the fence. He wasn’t worried about what the others thought of him or facing the unknown. All he could think about was achieving his goal of becoming his true self.
He kept charging through high grass, corn fields and into a forest. This did not even slow him down. The forest was filled with rocks, trees and hills, but he pushed himself as hard as he could. He took on each challenge with wonder and excitement, overcoming them one by one.
Finally, he made it through the obstacles that he faced and found himself in a clearing at the top of hill. He took a moment and looked back at the cow field.
Can you guess what he saw?
Not a herd of cows but a herd of Rhinos bunched at the opening in the fence. Every single on of them was a Rhino dressed in cows’ skin. They too were tough skinned, long horned and powerful. If only they could see themselves as they truly are and make their own path to the clearing on the top of hill, forming an extremely powerful new team.
I’ve seen myself as the Rhino and have broken free from the fenced in field. I’m tackling my obstacles on a daily bases. There will always be challenges. I welcome these because they are what make me even stronger in my internet marketing business and for my team of Rhinos. Our growth is endless.
Find the Rhino in yourself. Discover the courage within you to break free and charge. Take action today.
There is plenty of room at the top of the hill. I’ll save you a spot.

I absolutely enjoy watching movies that are filled with hidden hints about making your dreams come true. Such phrases like… “The impossible is possible if you believe”, “You can achieve anything that you set your mind to”, “If you truly believe, it will happen” or “You always have a choice”. These are just a few that I can think of off the top of my head.
Walt Disney was a huge dreamer and believer. If you really think about it, all of his movies are about making dreams come true and becoming the best that you can be.
Take Alice, for example. Look at the adventures that she had after falling down a hole into an extraordinary world that she called Wonderland. Her goal was to get back home, but she had distractions to ignore, battles to fight, obstacles and challenges to overcome first. None of these stopped her from finding her way home. One of the things Alice did to succeed was to think of 6 impossible (so she thought) things that proved to be real and/or true.
Alice had also made great connections, such as The Mad Hatter, Cheshire Cat, Mallymkun (the dormouse), Absolem (the blue caterpillar), The White Rabbit, The White Queen, Tweedidee & Tweedledum, just to name a few. Together they masterminded and everyone become a winner. The Wonderlanders got their world back from The Red Queen and, of course, Alice was able to get back home.
When Alice returned to her world, she implemented the skills, courage, self-confidence and knowledge that she gained during her journey to create a fulfilling life for herself and not do what everyone else expected her to do. That would the called the “norm”. She saw more in herself (her muchness) and didn’t care what the others thought about her decision to live her life the way she chose to live it. Alice was bound for an adventurous life in deed.
I see my continuing journey of my life similar to Alice’s experience. There are many obstacles, challenges, distractions and little battles that I must take head on in order to keep moving forward in my business. Masterminding and surrounding myself with my mentors and others who have or want the same kind of life style is a powerful way to expand myself in my internet marketing and leadership skills required to succeed.
I keep my dream and goal in clear vision and focus so that I don’t loose sight of why I’m doing what I do. I’ve realized that it is now not what I do, but who I actually am.
In the end, just like Alice, I can look back at the phenomenal path that enabled me and my family to have the life style that we deserved.
Now, I dare you to go down the rabbit hole and do the same.

Pay Per Click on Facebook? What will think of next?
Facebook is growing faster than Google. Can you believe that? But it’s still new, so the costs per click are much lower than Google.
There is high quality traffic on Facebook and the rules are way less rigid and easier to place ads that stick.
Some Facebook advertising rules:
1. Must be engaging, but not slick.
2. Can’t be shocking or offensive.
3. Image is a must. Place a smiling picture of yourself or business opportunity.
4. Place valuable words in advertising and tag your image as well.
5. Keep your CTR to 2% or higher. Don’t set your Ad and forget about it. Check it everyday and tweak it to improve your results.
Some advertising No-Nos on Facebook:
1. Use upper and lower case letters.
2. Make sure there are no spelling errors and don’t use slang.
3. No incomplete thoughts. Be precise is your message.
4. Don’t use irrelevant images. Make sure the image goes with your Ad.
5. Nothing can be offensive. Don’t slander other businesses or people’s ability or financial status.
6. Don’t use abbreviations or symbols.
Bidding & Budgeting on Facebook:
1. Facebook is not like Google.
2. Starting at $50 or less per day will not deter your exposure. Facebook will deliver (no need to inflate daily budgets).
3. Set your campaign to be cost per click, not cost per impression.
4. Bid half of the recommended amount cost on your keywords for a couple of days. If your keyword is converting, raise your bid to the recommended cost or slightly higher to dominate your keyword.
Golden Rules in Facebook Advertising:
1. Always give value. This cannot be stressed enough.
2. Your landing page must have value given video or content and relate to your Ad.
3. Don’t send your prospects to your actual business landing page. Remember that you are advertising on a social media site. Build that relationship and connection.
4. After reviewing your Ad, each user will have the opportunity to vote on your advertisement. Keep it relate as users can vote your Ad as valuable or spam. If there are votes for spam, your Ad will stop running.
Now it’s time to take Action and place your Advertisement of Facebook.
Go to the bottom of your Facebook site. There is a link labeled “advertising”. Click on this to begin your adventure in Facebook advertising.
You can target your niche very easily here. There are numerous categories that your can select to make sure your qualified prospects see your Ad on their Facebook page.
Don’t forget to set your budget as well.
Once you have finished setting up your Ad, click to set your campaign and it’s live!
Remember to watch your campaign, costs per click and CTR on a daily basis.
May all your clicks be converting ones!

Does that sound like your story? Your downline team building as you climb the ladder & then the autoshipments stop, your downline is not duplicating your efforts, your sponsors or upline are quitting or pressuring you to order & buy more products to keep them going?
It’s just like watching a delicious cake rising in the oven only to fall flat because of some unknown reason.
MLM is getting more difficult everyday to build a decent income on.
“Work at Home” entrepreneurs are faced with an alarming uphill battle against cut-throat competition, rising advertising costs, and an average customer/distributor retention rate that’s dropped down to an average of less than 3 months.
Building a full-time income, or even a residual income through the networking marketing business model in the internet age is like trying to fill a leaking bucket – with 90% of distributions spending much more money than they’ll ever make.
And, just like you, more and more home business owners are growing tired of dealing with downline attrition and tiny commission checks. They are now turning away from the traditional “MLM” business model, in favor of the increasingly popular G.P.T. structure
Learn more –> powerful information
I will show you …
- How to use the concept of GPT to make your goals a reality.
- Why residual income through network marketing may not be the “Holy Grail” so many claim that it to be. Find out how to create a REAL residual income that’s completely unaffected by downline attrition and competition.
- What to do if you’re looking to make BIG money, fast without a downline. (This is perfect for anyone looking to leave their job and replace their income quickly).
- How to position yourself in order to take advantage of this growing trend among home based business professionals.
Only you can be the judge. Retire that cake mixer and become a top producing online marketer!

Well, it’s here….2010! This is the time that the world is making New Year’s resolutions.
The problem with doing this is that most of us set the standards too high.
Some goals are truly impossible to reach.
Definition of resolution is resolving, firmness, purpose or thing resolved upon, decision of court, vote or assembly.
Most resolutions are made to loose weight, exercise more, eat healthier or even make more money and become a successful entrepreneur.
All of these are good and profound; however, if the bar is set too high, we find it overwhelming, unreachable and what were good intensions diminish. We begin to have thoughts of our goals being the impossible. We then quit and go back to the way we were, even worse than before sometimes.
Bad habits come back, lying back down on the couch while television becomes our way of life (can’t miss that show,
therefore I can’t go for that walk or go to the gym), unhealthy snacks, and we stop focusing on our businesses ending
in other venture that doesn’t work.
What I have done instead of a New Years Resolution is set myself to be a New Years Revolution.
Definition of revolution is great change, complete rotation, turning or spinning around, take over.
I am now a Turn Around Specialist. I am taking action to change my life habits, without setting an unrealistic goal. I am eating healthier, the weight will come off without even thinking about it. I am exercising more, even my dog is getting more out of that, making my muscles, lungs and heart stronger, giving me more energy and preventing diseases. I want to be around for the ones who love me.
Even improving the financial and quality of my life are in motion. I am seeking knowledge to what I don’t know. You never know what you don’t know until you find it. Get it? I am focused, determined and I have a decided heart. Nothing is going to stop me from growing into a healthy, happy and successful entrepreneur in my business.
No matter which business you decide to venture into, it can work. You must believe, stay focused, determined, turn off the TV and have passion for what you are doing. With these traits, you are sure to reach your goals. Don’t set the compensation too high and too soon. Anything worthwhile takes time and will also build a strong foundation to develop into your dream life style.
So my challenge to you is to stop setting unrealistic goals, known as resolution, and to turn yourself around and be a revolution. Take back the control of your life today! Your actions will change your life, for the better.
To Your Revolutionary 2010!

This is not my story, but I just had to share this one………
Would you have made the same choice?
—————————————————————————————————————————-
“At a fundraising dinner for a school that serves children with learning disabilities, the father of one of the students delivered a speech that would never be forgotten by all who attended. After extolling the school and its dedicated staff, he offered a question: ‘When not interfered with by outside influences, everything nature does, is done with perfection.
Yet my son, Shay, cannot learn things as other children do. He cannot understand things as other children do.
Where is the natural order of things in my son?’
The audience was stilled by the query.
The father continued. ‘I believe that when a child like Shay, who was mentally and physically disabled comes into the world, an opportunity to realize true human nature presents itself, and it comes in the way other people treat that child.’
Then he told the following story:
Shay and I had walked past a park where some boys Shay knew were playing baseball. Shay asked, ‘Do you think they’ll let me play?’ I knew that
most of the boys would not want someone like Shay on their team, but as a father I also understood that if my son were allowed to play, it would give him a much-needed sense of belonging and some confidence to be accepted by others in spite of his handicaps.
I approached one of the boys on the field and asked (not expecting much) if Shay could play. The boy looked around for guidance and said, ‘We’re losing by six runs and the game is in the eighth inning. I guess he can be on our team and we’ll try to put him in to bat in the ninth inning.’
Shay struggled over to the team’s bench and, with a broad smile, put on a team shirt. I watched with a small tear in my eye and warmth in my heart. The boys saw my joy at my son being accepted.
In the bottom of the eighth inning, Shay’s team scored a few runs but was still behind by three.
In the top of the ninth inning, Shay put on a glove and played in the right field. Even though no hits came his way, he was obviously ecstatic just to be in the game and on the field, grinning from ear to ear as I waved to him from the stands.
In the bottom of the ninth inning, Shay’s team scored again. Now, with two outs and the bases loaded, the potential winning run was on base and
Shay was scheduled to be next at bat.
At this juncture, do they let Shay bat and give away their chance to win the game?
Surprisingly, Shay was given the bat. Everyone knew that a hit was all but impossible because Shay didn’t even know how to hold the bat properly, much less connect with the ball.
However, as Shay stepped up to the plate, the pitcher, recognizing that the other team was putting winning aside for this moment in Shay’s life, moved in a few steps to lob the ball in softly so Shay could at least make contact.
The first pitch came and Shay swung clumsily and missed.
The pitcher again took a few steps forward to toss the ball softly towards Shay.
As the pitch came in, Shay swung at the ball and hit a slow ground ball right back to the pitcher. The game would now be over.
The pitcher picked up the soft grounder and could have easily thrown the ball to the first baseman. Shay would have been out and that would have been the end of the game.
Instead, the pitcher threw the ball right over the first baseman’s head, out of reach of all team mates.
Everyone from the stands and both teams started yelling, ‘Shay, run to first! Run to first!’
Never in his life had Shay ever run that far, but he made it to first base..He scampered down the baseline, wide-eyed and startled.
Everyone yelled, ‘Run to second, run to second!’
Catching his breath, Shay awkwardly ran towards second, gleaming and struggling to make it to the base.
By the time Shay rounded towards second base, the right fielder had the ball. The smallest guy on their team who now had his first chance to be the hero for his team.
He could have thrown the ball to the second-baseman for the tag, but he understood the pitcher’s intentions so he, too, intentionally threw the ball high and far over the third-baseman’s head.
Shay ran toward third base deliriously as the runners ahead of him circled the bases toward home.
All were screaming, ‘Shay, Shay, Shay, all the Way Shay’
Shay reached third base because the opposing shortstop ran to help him by turning him in the direction of third base, and shouted, ‘Run to third!
Shay, run to third!’
As Shay rounded third, the boys from both teams, and the spectators, were on their feet screaming, ‘Shay, run home! Run home!’
Shay ran to home, stepped on the plate, and was cheered as the hero who hit the grand slam and won the game for his team
‘That day’, said the father softly with tears now rolling down his face, ‘the boys20from both teams helped bring a piece of true love and humanity into this world’.
Shay didn’t make it to another summer. He died that winter, having never forgotten being the hero and making me so happy, and coming home and seeing his Mother tearfully embrace her little hero of the day!
May your day, be a Shay Day.”
——————————————————————————————————————————-
We all have thousands of opportunities every single day to help realize the ‘natural order of things.’
So many seemingly trivial interactions between two people present us with a choice:
Do we pass along a little spark of love and humanity or do we pass up those opportunities and leave the world a little bit colder in the process?
A wise man once said “Every society is judged by how it treats it’s least fortunate amongst them.”
I do not know who the author is, but thank you Shay’s father for sharing.
