Got your attention, didn’t I?
What If I told you there were only four kinds of people in the world?
“Cop-outs” – These are people who don’t have any goals and have very little drive. They just want to remain the same out rut doing nothing different to change their lives or the lives of anyone around them. They probably spend their time watching mindless hours of television. You know the type.
“Hold-outs” – These are people who would like to be more, do more and have more, but are afraid. Allowing their fears to control them and never get started with anything. They’re big on hoping and wishing instead of doing.
“Drop-outs” – These are the people who take action and get started, but just never finish. They don’t stay committed and they don’t continue building relationships. They have all the potential, but not the results because they “buy into” their own excuses time and time again. They don’t stay focused or determined and jump to next opportunity that they find, failing again and again, blaming the previous venture. This happens quite a lot with internet marketers.
Finally, the “All-outs” – These are the people that get results. Doesn’t matter what business they’re in, brick and mortar, real estate, insurance or internet marketing. A common characteristic of all “All-outs” if they’re very clear on what they want and find a way to win. They take full responsibility and never point a finger. No excuses, no stories…only solutions.
Which of these four do you think are? Think very carefully about it. In fact, take the time to really watch your actions and be honest with yourself as to whether you are a “Cop-out,” a “Hold-out,” a “Drop-out” or an “All-out”.
Once you know, that’s half the battle. Most of us sleep walk through life and never take the time to analyze themselves. Don’t let it happen to you.

Does that sound like your story? Your downline team building as you climb the ladder & then the autoshipments stop, your downline is not duplicating your efforts, your sponsors or upline are quitting or pressuring you to order & buy more products to keep them going?
It’s just like watching a delicious cake rising in the oven only to fall flat because of some unknown reason.
MLM is getting more difficult everyday to build a decent income on.
“Work at Home” entrepreneurs are faced with an alarming uphill battle against cut-throat competition, rising advertising costs, and an average customer/distributor retention rate that’s dropped down to an average of less than 3 months.
Building a full-time income, or even a residual income through the networking marketing business model in the internet age is like trying to fill a leaking bucket – with 90% of distributions spending much more money than they’ll ever make.
And, just like you, more and more home business owners are growing tired of dealing with downline attrition and tiny commission checks. They are now turning away from the traditional “MLM” business model, in favor of the increasingly popular G.P.T. structure

Well, it’s here….2010! This is the time that the world is making New Year’s resolutions.
The problem with doing this is that most of us set the standards too high.
Some goals are truly impossible to reach.
Definition of resolution is resolving, firmness, purpose or thing resolved upon, decision of court, vote or assembly.
Most resolutions are made to loose weight, exercise more, eat healthier or even make more money and become a successful entrepreneur.
All of these are good and profound; however, if the bar is set too high, we find it overwhelming, unreachable and what were good intensions diminish. We begin to have thoughts of our goals being the impossible. We then quit and go back to the way we were, even worse than before sometimes.
Bad habits come back, lying back down on the couch while television becomes our way of life (can’t miss that show,
therefore I can’t go for that walk or go to the gym), unhealthy snacks, and we stop focusing on our businesses ending
in other venture that doesn’t work.
What I have done instead of a New Years Resolution is set myself to be a New Years Revolution.
Definition of revolution is great change, complete rotation, turning or spinning around, take over.
I am now a Turn Around Specialist. I am taking action to change my life habits, without setting an unrealistic goal. I am eating healthier, the weight will come off without even thinking about it. I am exercising more, even my dog is getting more out of that, making my muscles, lungs and heart stronger, giving me more energy and preventing diseases. I want to be around for the ones who love me.
Even improving the financial and quality of my life are in motion. I am seeking knowledge to what I don’t know. You never know what you don’t know until you find it. Get it? I am focused, determined and I have a decided heart. Nothing is going to stop me from growing into a healthy, happy and successful entrepreneur in my business.
No matter which business you decide to venture into, it can work. You must believe, stay focused, determined, turn off the TV and have passion for what you are doing. With these traits, you are sure to reach your goals. Don’t set the compensation too high and too soon. Anything worthwhile takes time and will also build a strong foundation to develop into your dream life style.
So my challenge to you is to stop setting unrealistic goals, known as resolution, and to turn yourself around and be a revolution. Take back the control of your life today! Your actions will change your life, for the better.
To Your Revolutionary 2010!

That’s right, today is April 1st, 2010
and I am making $25,000 a month!
My husband and I have both quit our dead end jobs and are living a life style that most just dream about.
This is how I did it….
#1 – I stopped procrastinating and began to take action.
#2 – I found a true mentor with success and followed everything that they had done to become successful.
#3 – I read books, listened to audio recording, attended training calls & webinars and sponged up anything and everything to educate myself. Then I took action and implemented all that knowledge into a striving, successful business for myself.
#4 – I believed in myself.
#5 – I became a member of a mastermind group with people of the same mindset and who could teach me more…of everything.

You’re back…good. Now follow the same steps as written above with your own affirmation.

This is not my story, but I just had to share this one………
Would you have made the same choice?
—————————————————————————————————————————-
“At a fundraising dinner for a school that serves children with learning disabilities, the father of one of the students delivered a speech that would never be forgotten by all who attended. After extolling the school and its dedicated staff, he offered a question: ‘When not interfered with by outside influences, everything nature does, is done with perfection.
Yet my son, Shay, cannot learn things as other children do. He cannot understand things as other children do.
Where is the natural order of things in my son?’
The audience was stilled by the query.
The father continued. ‘I believe that when a child like Shay, who was mentally and physically disabled comes into the world, an opportunity to realize true human nature presents itself, and it comes in the way other people treat that child.’
Then he told the following story:
Shay and I had walked past a park where some boys Shay knew were playing baseball. Shay asked, ‘Do you think they’ll let me play?’ I knew that
most of the boys would not want someone like Shay on their team, but as a father I also understood that if my son were allowed to play, it would give him a much-needed sense of belonging and some confidence to be accepted by others in spite of his handicaps.
I approached one of the boys on the field and asked (not expecting much) if Shay could play. The boy looked around for guidance and said, ‘We’re losing by six runs and the game is in the eighth inning. I guess he can be on our team and we’ll try to put him in to bat in the ninth inning.’
Shay struggled over to the team’s bench and, with a broad smile, put on a team shirt. I watched with a small tear in my eye and warmth in my heart. The boys saw my joy at my son being accepted.
In the bottom of the eighth inning, Shay’s team scored a few runs but was still behind by three.
In the top of the ninth inning, Shay put on a glove and played in the right field. Even though no hits came his way, he was obviously ecstatic just to be in the game and on the field, grinning from ear to ear as I waved to him from the stands.
In the bottom of the ninth inning, Shay’s team scored again. Now, with two outs and the bases loaded, the potential winning run was on base and
Shay was scheduled to be next at bat.
At this juncture, do they let Shay bat and give away their chance to win the game?
Surprisingly, Shay was given the bat. Everyone knew that a hit was all but impossible because Shay didn’t even know how to hold the bat properly, much less connect with the ball.
However, as Shay stepped up to the plate, the pitcher, recognizing that the other team was putting winning aside for this moment in Shay’s life, moved in a few steps to lob the ball in softly so Shay could at least make contact.
The first pitch came and Shay swung clumsily and missed.
The pitcher again took a few steps forward to toss the ball softly towards Shay.
As the pitch came in, Shay swung at the ball and hit a slow ground ball right back to the pitcher. The game would now be over.
The pitcher picked up the soft grounder and could have easily thrown the ball to the first baseman. Shay would have been out and that would have been the end of the game.
Instead, the pitcher threw the ball right over the first baseman’s head, out of reach of all team mates.
Everyone from the stands and both teams started yelling, ‘Shay, run to first! Run to first!’
Never in his life had Shay ever run that far, but he made it to first base..He scampered down the baseline, wide-eyed and startled.
Everyone yelled, ‘Run to second, run to second!’
Catching his breath, Shay awkwardly ran towards second, gleaming and struggling to make it to the base.
By the time Shay rounded towards second base, the right fielder had the ball. The smallest guy on their team who now had his first chance to be the hero for his team.
He could have thrown the ball to the second-baseman for the tag, but he understood the pitcher’s intentions so he, too, intentionally threw the ball high and far over the third-baseman’s head.
Shay ran toward third base deliriously as the runners ahead of him circled the bases toward home.
All were screaming, ‘Shay, Shay, Shay, all the Way Shay’
Shay reached third base because the opposing shortstop ran to help him by turning him in the direction of third base, and shouted, ‘Run to third!
Shay, run to third!’
As Shay rounded third, the boys from both teams, and the spectators, were on their feet screaming, ‘Shay, run home! Run home!’
Shay ran to home, stepped on the plate, and was cheered as the hero who hit the grand slam and won the game for his team
‘That day’, said the father softly with tears now rolling down his face, ‘the boys20from both teams helped bring a piece of true love and humanity into this world’.
Shay didn’t make it to another summer. He died that winter, having never forgotten being the hero and making me so happy, and coming home and seeing his Mother tearfully embrace her little hero of the day!
May your day, be a Shay Day.”
——————————————————————————————————————————-
We all have thousands of opportunities every single day to help realize the ‘natural order of things.’
So many seemingly trivial interactions between two people present us with a choice:
Do we pass along a little spark of love and humanity or do we pass up those opportunities and leave the world a little bit colder in the process?
A wise man once said “Every society is judged by how it treats it’s least fortunate amongst them.”
I do not know who the author is, but thank you Shay’s father for sharing.
